For NAC Helicopter Training, 2020 got off to a busy start with a number of its students completing important course requirements in January and February.
As the independent representative for Bell Helicopters in 13 African countries, NAC’s Helicopter Sales division was an ideal travelling partner for Bell Flight when it took its model 429 helicopter on a recent demo tour through East Africa. The tour offered operators and potential buyers in the region the opportunity to experience the 429 for the first time, up close and on their own turf.
Bell Helicopters, entering its 30 year relationship with Bell, has renewed its customer support agreement with NAC Helicopter Maintenance for another three years, enabling NAC to continue providing the highest levels of service and support to owners of Bell aircraft in South Africa.
Redmond Fowle, Executive Director of Helicopter Maintenance at NAC, commented: "This agreement expands and strengthens NAC’s ability to provide Bell Helicopter’s support and service network and offers our Bell customers in South Africa a more comprehensive support solution."
NAC Helicopter Maintenance, based at Rand Airport, entering its 30th year relationship with Rolls Royce has renewed its contract with engine producer Rolls Royce and will remain a Rolls Royce authorised maintenance facility for the next seven years. This contract extension allows NAC to continue offering maintenance and parts for Rolls Royce engines, such as the reliable M250 Turboshaft, which power many of the world’s most popular helicopters.
