International conference a success for NAC and Universal Air Evac
NAC, together with its air ambulance operator, Universal Air Evac, attended the annual Global International Travel and Health Insurance Conference (ITIC), which was held recently in Malta. The conference brought industry experts together to discuss international best practice, while offering valuable networking opportunities.
NAC and NAC Universal Air Evac made the most of their time on the historic Mediterranean island, reconnecting with existing clients and wing to wing partners, while also establishing new relationships in order to broaden the capabilities of the service that Universal Air Evac provides.
In its 27th year, the ITIC encourages interaction amongst the esteemed attendees to tackle important issues facing the industry, including the impact of digitisation of air ambulance operations, as well as the best methods of communication with air ambulance operators. Universal Air Evac’s Medical Director, Dr Glenn Staples, also took part in a panel discussion on “Rest Times for Medical Crews in Air Ambulance & Commercial Airline Medical Escort Transportation” during the EURAMI General Assembly.
